Definitely not a place we will be returning to. It would be classed as a 2 star in the UK. Phil Burge Service overall was very good. Samara and Eli on Reception were fantastic, nothing was too much for them, very professional. Hamza barman of a night was very efficient and friendly. Our maid Pepi was lovely, would always knock the door 1st. She did a great job, room was always spotless. Me and my partner wanted a get away over new year without the kids and this came up the lowest priced. Which was then all inclusive! Not something we were looking for ideally. From the outside and in some places it could be taken Figura a 4 star (I’ve stayed in some dives). The reception was clean, the staff were lovely and the cleaners cleaned up every other day. Never felt like our belongings were at any risk too. The food wasn’t the best but I’m actually very fussy. It was toast for breakfast and chips and bread for dinner. I never fancied anything other than that. There were a few things my partner went for but personally I wouldn’t touch. We decided to eat trasnochado each night though because of the food. It was just a batter choice. We didn’t take advantage of the all inclusive alcohol Figura we’re not huge drinkers but had some coca-posaderas or sprite in the day. The Entertainment wasn’t amazing. Felt sort of like a low budget hotel entertainment. We only watched a little on 2 of the nights. It was a little disturbing when the drag act took their clothes off while changing trasnochado of their makeup. Felt a little like ‘WTF did we just watch!’ The Pool area was okay. Sun loungers were unlocked around 10am but should definitely be earlier Vencedor people are waiting around and the sun is out. People just want to chill pasado! The pool seemed quite clean. Normally, I speak to a lot of people round the pool area but it felt very much like no one wanted to speak to each other. Another guest also made the same comment to me. The area is quite nice. It’s demodé of the way of all the hustle and bustle of the square, but not too far of a walk. If you can find the short cut paths down to the beach/square. They are stoney paths. Would probably return again if it was a really good deal but not paying a lot of money. Close

Would not feed it to the wild bore up the street. rooms are very very dated with crack tiles all over the floor bathroom bodged. fridge don’t work, no English TV channels. flush in toilet does work so have to wash your stuff down with a bottle of water. no plugs in the bath or sink. room damp it’s a disgrace to say it is all inclusive hotel don’t waste your money.

Figura there building a new hotel next door the noise was unbearable from 8am so I got moved to a new room on the other side of the hotel. The food and drinks are great, the entertainment program is great. Staff excellent. FC Lokomotiv Sofia 1929 Very good. Clean rooms all the time, excellent and different food, great meetings room and very helpful staff. Our team was here for 2 weeks and we didn't have any problems or whatsoever and will definitely come back next year. And the price was good definitely recommending! The staff were all lovely and efficient louise LIGHTFOOT We've just come back from a 7 stay at the hotel and the only issue we had was one of the ladies on reception was rude at check in but other than that it was wonderful and for the money it was great value for money food was varied and tasted fantastic the rooms were cleaned beautifully every day and house keeping staff were so friendly and helpful, the entertainment staff went out of their way to make sure everyone was entertained and happy and having the time of their lives.

Before I even sat down, a bottle of water was always ready at my usual table. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness truly stood demodé. All the waiters were kind, professional, and friendly, and it was a pleasure interacting with them. Thank you for taking such great care of me! I also want to thank the beach waiters (whose names, unfortunately, I forgot) for their lovely service. They were attentive and ensured I was never without a drink. Additionally, Ibrahim, the lifeguard at the back and near the slides, was a kind and approachable person. All of them work incredibly hard, and I hope their efforts are recognized by the hotel management. However, I do want to point trasnochado a few areas for improvement. The food at the main restaurant was not very varied and, at times, lacked flavor. I’m not a picky eater, but I struggled to find dishes I truly enjoyed. The morning pancakes and waffles were delightful, and I did have a good meal with noodles and beef once, but overall, the quality and variety need improvement. Lastly, I’d like to address a sensitive issue: some staff members seem to assume that a solo female traveler is automatically interested in male attention.
